One person per night .....$100.00 + 6.05 tax = $106.05
Two people per night .....$100.00 + 6.05 tax = $106.05
Three people per night ...$100.00 + 6.05 tax = $106.05
Four people per night .....$125.00 + 7.56 tax = $132.56

• Rates include applicable Arizona tax. All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Check-in time is 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. unless previous arrangements are made for a later check-in. Checkout time is 10 a.m.
• In the off-peak seasons, weekly rental rates may be available. Contact the Caretaker for more information.
• Parties over 4 should contact the Caretaker.
• We are unable to accommodate pets. Smoking is not allowed within the cottage proper, but is allowed in the patio areas.

Deposit/Payment
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of one night's rate is required to secure your reservation. For longer stays, you may pay in full when you make your reservation or pay the balance before checkout. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. All online transactions are made through a secure server.

Cancellation
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Reservations for more than one night, that are cancelled more than 72 hours in advance, will not be charged for the additional nights. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.
